At ESWAD, we provide HWSETA-accredited training for Social Auxiliary Workers, ensuring they receive top-notch education recognized nationally. Our specialized programs for Community Safety Facilitation and mentorship for Graduate Social Workers and Interns equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Our services go beyond training; we offer comprehensive counseling and support through individual and group sessions, addressing crucial issues such as bullying, school dropouts, and gender-based violence. By collaborating with schools and various NPOs, our Community Safety Facilitators and Social Auxiliary Workers create safer, more supportive environments, fostering overall community welfare and development.
ESWAD has established strong partnerships with key government departments, including the Department of Social Development and the Department of Community Safety. These alliances enable us to subsidize services and provide sustainable employment opportunities.
